Snapsex Terms of Service: User Agreement & Legal Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the snapsex website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall snapsex Network, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
